Claims are submitted electronically/paper on daily basis and ensure receipt of the claim by checking and resolving on clearing house rejections. If needed, we also submit itemized billing statement.

The fee schedules are pre- loaded into the practice management system. CPT and ICD-9 codes are entered into the system. The billing specialists ensure that all details have been provided in the claim and ready to be filed.

We post payments into the system and reconcile total daily receipts against payment log in documentation and against payment posted address the denied claims. Follow up on denied claims is done within two days to
ensure effective handling and timely resolution which includes correction, appeal and resubmission.

We submit claims to insurance companies and follow up at regular intervals to see if a claim is accepted or denied. We further investigate the rejected claims to see why the denial was issued.

Patient statements are generated and appropriate methods are applied to follow up on all unpaid balances. We process credit card payments and if required we also provide patients with payment plan.
